Merlot. Vine Country, South African Red Wine

If you've seen any of my previous blog posts you'll know that Mr.R and I like red wine - a lot.
We don't have the budget we used to have, and we don't have access to the wonderful local wine we used to drink when we lived in the South of France, but that doesn't mean we go thirsty.
The majority of our red wine may be cheap, but that doesn't mean it's not good wine, nor does it mean it's not enjoyable.
Recently Mr.R bought a bottle of South African wine. I can't remember where he got it, or how much it was, but I do remember that it was pretty good. It was smooth and bursting with rich dark berries.

The label no this bottle of wine was a bit of a mess; the wording, lettering, font etc.
Here's exactly what, and how the label was printed -

Vine Country
South Africa
Merlot
THIS MERLOT HAS enticing aromas of forest fruits and
HINTS OF SPICE ON THE NOSE. THE TASTE IS OF fresh red and dark berry fruit, WITH SOFT TANNINS AND A LONG, SMOOTH FINISH. BEST DRINK WITH A MEAL of grilled meat or pasta in a tomato sauce.
